Tonight:

A few lingering showers may persist initially in the southwest. Elsewhere, it will be dry with clear spells, although cloud cover will increase in northern and eastern Scotland. Mist and fog are likely to spread into east and central England.

Sunday:

Tomorrow, low cloud, mist, and fog will dissipate for most areas, leaving behind sunny spells. However, low cloud may persist along eastern North Sea coasts and in northern Scotland.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

Monday is expected to be mostly dry and warm with sunny spells and variable amounts of cloud. There may be a few isolated showers in the afternoon in western Scotland and Northern Ireland. On Tuesday, heavy showers are forecast for Northern Ireland and northern Scotland, while elsewhere, there will be sunny spells with a few showers developing from the south later in the day. Wednesday looks unsettled in the east, with sunshine and showers elsewhere.
