Rishi Sunak expressed deep concern over police treatment of a Jewish man during a pro-Palestinian demonstration in London, according to a source from Downing Street.

The Metropolitan Police issued two apologies on Friday after an officer referred to *Gideon Falter, head of the Campaign Against Antisemitism (CAA), as “openly Jewish.” On April 13, Falter, wearing a kippah skull-cap, was threatened with arrest and informed by police that his presence was causing a “breach of peace.” He has since called for the resignation of the Met’s commissioner.

Met Police Assistant Commissioner Matt Twist has reached out to Falter to offer a private meeting to personally apologize and discuss further measures to ensure the safety of Jewish Londoners.

Downing Street stated that the prime minister had viewed the original footage and was “appalled, like everyone else, by the officer’s characterisation of Mr. Falter as ‘openly Jewish’.” The source also criticised the Met for mishandling the situation, noting the retraction of an initial apology followed by a second statement.

The prime minister expects the Met commissioner to explain the incident and outline steps to enhance the security of Jewish communities in London. Mayor Sadiq Khan is set to meet with Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley to discuss community relations, indicating his confidence in the commissioner.

Newly emerged footage, recorded by Sky News, depicts Mr. Falter informing the police officer that he was attempting to cross the road. The officer accused *Falter of deliberately inserting himself into the march and attempting to provoke others*, to which Falter denied, stating his intention was merely to walk along the pavement.

Here we go again with Sunak’s biased view point, we don’t suppose someone wearing a Arab “gandora” and sporting a black n white Palestinian scarf approaching a crowd waving Israeli flags wouldn’t be obviously be Arabic, not to mention looking to provoke a reaction, So Sunak, who obviously knows “sod all” about policing cannot resist displaying his bias and at the same time his ignorance, the police prime responsibility is keeping the peace and so when *Mr Falter walks towards a protest by Palestinian supporters he’s looking and hoping for a reaction and the police are there to prevent that and protect him, he should be thanking the officer for his thoughtfulness and also seeing what he was attempting to do, not try to get him dismissed for preventing a disturbance which was obviously what Falter was hoping for and people who go with the intention of causing a disturbance NEED ARRESTING for attempting to cause a breach of the peace, put that in your pipe and smoke it Mr Sunak and leave operational policing alone, it will learn nothing from you.

PS. *Horrified* He’s never been Horrified when the IDF killed 34000 Palestinian civilians , 23800 of them women and their children, isn’t there ant Horror there? What a total hypocrite this man is!
