During a phone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US President Joe Biden emphasized that America’s stance on Gaza would be contingent upon Israel addressing civilian suffering and ensuring the safety of humanitarian workers in the region. White House spokesman John Kirby stressed the urgency for Israel to announce adjustments to its Gaza approach to improve conditions for Palestinians within the “coming hours and days”. Biden further underscored to Netanyahu the unacceptable nature of strikes on aid workers and the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. Following an Israeli strike that claimed the lives of seven aid workers, an independent investigation into the incident is reportedly underway. Biden conveyed to Netanyahu that US support for Israel would be conditional upon measures taken to mitigate civilian harm and alleviate humanitarian suffering in Gaza. The conversation marked their first discussion since the strike occurred. While the White House condemned the strike and the overall humanitarian conditions in Gaza, Israel has yet to provide its official account of the call. However, Israel previously acknowledged the strike as a “grave mistake” and pledged to conduct an independent inquiry. The aftermath of the strike has prompted some aid organizations to suspend operations, heightening concerns about starvation in northern Gaza.

Amazingly 7 dead aid workers has made the world leaders wake up something 33000 dead children, women and men evidently didn’t, the hypocrisy is too striking to ignore, it equates to value of human life apparently a spine chilling 1-5000, a figure that will go down in history as a massive failure and shameful indictment on the world leaders poor policing of this terror filled conflict, which must now be dealt with and no one man should be allowed to dictate the world agreed solution of two states.
