Tuesday will see a northerly flow across the UK, with a mix of sunshine and showers, these most likely in coastal areas, and wintry across the northern hills. Wednesday will see thick cloud building in across the north with some patchy rain in the north and west. Thursday will be largely cloudy with the odd shower in places. Bright spells towards the end of the day.
